1. Shipping Options：

20GP Containers: Suitable for smaller trailers and models that don’t require large spaces. （Total length within5.5 meters (18.04 Ft)).This is an economical option for customers ordering single or compact trailers.
40HC Containers: For larger trailers or multiple units, the 40HC container provides extra height and space. This is the best choice for full-size food trucks or large shipments. （Total length within 11.5 meters (37.72 Ft)).
We handle both LCL (Less than Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load) shipments depending on the size and quantity of trailers ordered.

2. International Shipping：

As a global supplier, we offer worldwide shipping to the U.S., Canada, Australia, Europe, and other regions. We work closely with international shipping companies to ensure that your trailer reaches you safely and in a timely manner.

3. Delivery Timeline：

Manufacturing Time: Depending on customization, production usually takes 4-6 weeks. More complex trailers with heavy customization may take longer.
Shipping Time: International shipping typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on your location and any delays at the port of entry. We provide shipping updates along the way.

4. Shipping and Packaging：

All trailers are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit:

Secured in Shipping Containers: Trailers are secured inside the container to ensure they do not shift during shipping.
Weather-Protected Packaging: We use durable, weather-resistant materials to protect the trailer against any environmental factors such as moisture, rain, or sea air.

5. Customs：
Customs Clearance: We assist you with all customs documentation required for the importation of the food trailer. This includes:
Commercial invoices
Bill of lading
Certificates (e.g., quality assurance, compliance documentation)
Duties and Taxes: While we assist with customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any additional import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We can help estimate these costs before shipping.

6. Insurance Coverage： We offer comprehensive insurance options for the shipping process. You can select full coverage for your trailer, which includes protection against damage, loss, or theft during transit.

7. Delivery and Pickup

Door-to-Door Delivery: For select regions, we offer door-to-door delivery services. The trailer is delivered directly to your business location, eliminating the need for you to arrange transport from the port.
Port-to-Port Delivery: In most cases, trailers are delivered to the nearest port. You will need to arrange local transport from the port to your business.
8. After-Sales Support Once your trailer arrives, we provide after-sales support for any issues related to transportation or customs. Our customer service team is available to assist with:
